What are your hours of operation?
We are available from 1PM-6PM Monday-Thursday and 1PM-4PM Friday. We are also available by email at info@groupsbyvonda.com.
Do you provide services for private groups and individuals?
Yes, we do! Please contact us and we will service your needs through our sister company Honeymoons & Vacations by Vonda for individual trips. Groups by Vonda can handle any group trip requests.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
Is Groups by Vonda a certified and licensed travel company.
Yes, we are members of CLIA and IATA travel associations.
How do I make payments on my trip?
You will receive monthly emails with a link to your personal payment portal. After you make your payment you will receive a receipt with your current balance.
When will I receive my trips details?
You will receive your trip details via email 30 days before your trip.
